Cancellation:

While we pride ourselves on the service we offer we know we can not satisfy every customer every time. We will work with any customer to work out any problems you may have. All cancellations will result in no refunds. Minimal Contract Duration: 1 Month.

Refunds:

All payments made to us are non-refundable, however in the situation in which we cannot provide you a service in which you paid for you will be refunded in full. We must also remind you hosting is a virtual service, it is not a tangible good. All paypal disputes raised with us will be referred to this terms of service you agreed to and your services with us will be terminated. If you fail to comply to these terms of services your account will be suspended and or terminated without warning.

Usage Policy:

While using any service provided by us you agree to follow our usage policy. You agree to not use our hosting services or seedboxes for any of the following:

* Distributing fake torrents AKA PPI

* Any malware distribution

* Racism and Hate crime related

* Terrorism and anything related to

* Phishing and or anything to compromise another person(s) identity

* Any type of script and or file that tries to interfere with another's website, server and or home connection (DDoS attacks)

* Connecting to public trackers like the piratebay, private trackers only.

Account Setup:

The longest time for a seedbox to be set up is 24 hours.

Back ups and lost data:

We do not guarantee to keep back ups of any of your data and or files.

Account Suspension and Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services with no warning prior however this is only done in extreme circumstances. If your account is ever suspended or terminated we will send you a email within twenty-four hours explaining why and how (if your account was suspended) you can get it un suspended.
